Listen well. Work hard.
It's that simple.
More than 20 years of work in public finance allowed Doug to lower the county's debt costs and improve its bond rating, saving taxpayers millions.
Doug has consistently fought plans to expand the role of county government, keeping the board centered on core responsibilities, not politics.
York County farm families, business groups and civic organizations have recognized Doug's tireless support at hundreds of community meetings.
